Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of Oris, a private beta personal finance application currently used for testing bank connectivity, account balances, transaction analysis, and category insights.
Use of the Service
Oris is provided for personal testing and evaluation at https://oris-webapp.kaymkassai.com. You must use the service only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
Bank Connectivity
When you connect a bank account, you authorize access through Enable Banking and the relevant bank authorization flow. Oris can retrieve account information, balances, and transactions only according to the permissions and duration approved during that flow.
No Financial Advice
Oris provides balances, transaction categorization, and spending summaries for informational purposes. It does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for financial decisions.
Accuracy and Availability
Oris depends on bank data, third-party availability, user-provided data, and calculations that may be incomplete or delayed. The service is provided on a best-effort basis during beta testing and may change, pause, or stop without notice.
User Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials and OTP codes confidential.
- Review connected bank accounts and disconnect access when it is no longer needed.
- Check financial calculations before relying on them.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security controls.
Data Requests
You may contact the application owner to request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data. Some security or legal records may need to be retained for a limited period where required or justified.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oris is provided without warranties during beta testing. The application owner is not liable for indirect losses, financial decisions, bank service interruptions, or unavailable third-party services.
